Our drilling services includes developing Field Development Plans including: full costs, and timelines associated with each step of the execution, developing and execute detailed FEED plans, selecting all equipment required to drill and complete wells, developing detailed drilling and completions procedures with clear and concise instruction for operations, tendering new service contracts for drilling and completion services based on technical and commercial evaluations, preparing Detailed AFE’s for all operations, evaluating, selecting, and managingg drilling contractors and, using Peloton Wellview software to track rig based daily operating summary, operational performance and costs

Further, we focus on the use of vendor periodic performance reviews to discuss equipment reliability issues, including spare part availability- Frequency; Minimum monthly, more frequently if needed, working directly with the BOP component manufacturer (OEM supplier) instead of BOP OEMs for SPM valves and other control components. This approach allows better QA/QC of components, reviewing Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify and eliminate the causes of component failure, when BOP components fail, leading project planning processes to between well maintenance activities in advance of maintenance execution, managing roving subsea team to assist in BOP repairs during between well maintenance supports adequate staffing for 24 hour operation and ensures that the BOP work can be completed within the time allocated and, leading BOP function test between the time of stump testing and BOP deployment.

Well integrity is ensured throughout the operational period, and operational limits are well known and anticipated in order to ensure a safe drilling in time and budget. To determine the overall (global) response under defined condition and sensitivities for purposes of: Verifying system compliance to the defined conditions, verifying/defining operating limits for each condition, determining system response under defined variations/sensitivities, to provide loads as input to equipment design, capacity, and sizing, to determine operability envelopes for specified conditions, to serve as input for establishing boundary conditions and input to rig contractor operability and watch circle analysis program which factors drift rate for various weather conditions, and response times of the control system within ship operations, to determine load histograms for fatigue life estimates under defined conditions, to determine the fatigue damage rate induced by wave loading, VIV and pressure cycles, to provide input, such as hot spot location and load histogram, to load monitoring plan for fatigue sensitive components, to support the operations and execution of safety strategy and, to provide load histogram for subsequent material fatigue testing if needed.
