LOWER COMPLETIONS

Lower completion refers to the portion of the well construction process in which the wellbore is prepared and equipped for production operations. It involves the installation of various components and tools to establish a pathway for the flow of hydrocarbons from the reservoir to the surface. Lower completion typically includes activities such as casing and cementing, perforating, and installing production tubing, packers, and completion accessories. This phase of well construction is essential for facilitating efficient and controlled production of oil or gas from the reservoir.

We develop conventional and reversible synthetic drill-in and completion fluids used for Horizontal Open hole producers and water injectors. We also design of Open hole Horizontal producer with heavy brine and low frac margin, complete unconventional and conventional reservoirs. Completion project ranges from: Multi-zone SMART completions (3 zones); MST multi-zone frac systems, High angle Open Hole completions and, Cased hole frac pack completions. In addition, we use software such as StimPlan (frac design and analysis), WellPlan (torque and drag), WellCat (well stress analysis), and ackPro (open hole gravel pack simulation).

LOWER COMPLETIONS

Lower completion provides optimal reservoir access, ensuring wellbore stability, preventing fluid migration, and maximizing hydrocarbon production. It allows for efficient control of production, improves operational efficiency, and enhances safety and regulatory compliance in the oil and gas industry.
