SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

Our Schedule Mangement Approach is as follows: 1) IMS Methodology: Bottom-Up Approach​, Level 1 to 3​, Critical Path Method (CPM)​, Utilize FUSE​ (Diagnostics ​and Benchmarking​). 2) Monthly Schedule Review​: - Monitor Contractor’s Schedule​: Monitor, review/approval and audit for contract compliance​ - Monthly review with Project Managers to cover project performance, critical schedule activities, discrepancies between plan and actual, Look ahead schedules, concerns, risks & recovery plan.​
