WELL INTERVENTIONS

Communication, liaison, support and troubleshooting with Ops and SS in diagnosing subsea well problems, Planning and evaluation of SBU’s subsea well intervention options, and Management of well intervention equipment, spares, tooling, refurbishment, repairs, storage, certification, etc.

Plan, lead and execute Light well interventions from ship shape vessels, Support Heavy well intv from a MODU, also including, Well workovers, Workovers leading to sidetrack, Liaison on well barriers/isolations during underwater interventions scale squeezes, diver interventions, Ownership and management of well intervention Opex budgets, Slickline, E-line, CT intervention detailed programs and interfaces and Equipment Tool Pools (Local).
