Review Well Response Plan​, Confirm Selected stack Transition Summary with the current drilling and completion plan, Review Capping Stack configuration and fit for purpose conditions including latest testing reports, Review capping stack, IWOCS, SAM unit deployment procedure, Identify vessel availability in the region for deployment of equipment, Capping stack, IWOCS, SAM unit readiness and delivery to the shore base dock, Work with the Rig contractor to review BOP drawings, Closing requirements based on site condition, ​ Liaison with Flow Engineering, Flowback, SIMOPS group for the planned activities, and Develop soft shut in curves.​
